3. Intellectual Property

- All source code, designs, documentation, frameworks, and materials created by ADS Infotec remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
- Upon payment, usage rights are granted as per project agreement

5. Limitation of Liability
ADS Infotec shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or software
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services due to:
- Breach of these terms
- Non-payment
- Misuse or unlawful use of services
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, State of Gujarat.
