1. Project-Based Services
- All payments are strictly non-refundable once work has started
- Advance payments are used for project planning, resource allocation, and development setup
2. Subscription & SaaS Services
- Subscription fees are billed in advance
- No refunds are provided for partial or unused subscription periods
3. Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation in writing; however, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced.
4. Cancellation by ADS Infotec
We reserve the right to cancel services in cases of:
- Non-payment
- Breach of terms
- Misuse of services
